Silica Mullite Brick
Description:
Silica mullite bricks are silicon carbide-mullite products, with silicon carbide and high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw materials. Since silicon carbide is oxidized to produce silicon dioxide, it reacts with aluminum oxide to form mullite, which can increase the density and strength of the product, and form a protective film on the surface of the product to prevent further oxidation of silicon carbide. Maintaining a certain content of silicon carbide in the silicon-molybdenum brick can improve the thermal shock stability, wear resistance and erosion resistance of the product.
Advantage:
Dense structure, high wear resistance, high refractoriness under load, low thermal conductivity
Application:
Cement rotary kiln
