Si3N4-SiC Brick

Description:

Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick is refractory products fired by nitriding and using SiC and Si as raw materials. It is an important new type of refractory material. It has good corrosion resistance and is prepared by high temperature firing method. Its characteristic is that Si3N4 is used as a binder, and Si3N4 exists between SiC grains in the form of needle-like or fibrous crystals.

Advantage:

Good alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance and extremely low electrical conductivity

Application:

Lower furnace body of blast furnace, aluminum electrolytic cell, ceramic kiln
