Refractory Anchor Brick
Description:
The refractory anchor brick is a special shaped brick that is used between the hanging form and refractory bricks to support the furnace roof and furnace wall. Can also be called suspender bricks and anchors. The anchor brick is used to prevent the leakage of reactive gas and hot gas in the furnace, so as not to damage the metal hanger and cause the furnace roof to collapse.
The industrial furnace/kiln and flue wall are composed of inner lining, heat insulation layer and outer wall layer. The refractory bricks for the inner lining and the sintered bricks for the outer wall need to be connected with anchor bricks. The anchor brick has high tensile and flexural strength, especially the stress generated by the groove is blocked at the ribs and cannot be continuously transmitted, so this structure using anchor brick is not easy to break.
Advantage:
High strength, anti-wear, good thermal shock stability
Application:
The refractory anchor brick is used together with monolithic refractories, and its specification should be consistent with monolithic refractories
